Northern Lights are also called Aurora Borealis. There are also Southern Lights which are called Aurora Australis. They both happen the same way and very beautiful.

Yellowknife is the best place to see Northern lights because Yellowknife is located under the Aurora oval. In Yellowknife you can see Aurora 240 Days in a Year. Northern Lights Tour is the best way to see Northern Lights. There are various themes, venues and places to see Northern Lights.
